Return & Exchange Conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any odors, such as perfumes or others.
- The product should be returned in the same packaging it was received in, including all original accessories.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The customer is responsible for the return policy fee and shipping cost in case of a return, which amounts to 50 SAR.
- In case of an exchange, the customer covers the shipping fees: 28 for sending and 35 for returning.
International Policy:
- Returns or exchanges outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not available at this time.

- After reviewing and approving your request, you will be guided on how to return the product.
Important Notes:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No returns are accepted for payments made via Tamara or Tabby.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item and confirming its condition.
