Return and Exchange Policy


Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any odors such as perfume or other scents.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received, including all original accessories.
  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Returns:

A fee of 75 will be charged to cover the shipping cost of delivering the order and returning it.


Exchanges:

A shipping fee of 28 will be charged for sending the replacement item, and an additional 28 for collecting the item being exchanged.


International Orders:

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at this time.

Important Notes:

  • Orders paid using Tamara or Tabby are not eligible for returns. Exchange only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
